With how hot the weather had been I thought I would share some more cocktail recipes for barbecues and parties.
12 servings (1 syn each)
zest and juice of 1 lemon
250g fresh raspberries
2litres sugar-free lemonade
- Blend the raspberries and sieve into a large jug.
- Mix the lemon zest and juice together with 1.5 litre of the lemonade and freeze in ice cube trays.
- Once frozen blend the frozen raspberry lemonade mix with the vodka and the remaining lemonade.
- Divide between 12 glasses and serve.
