boozy raspberry slushy

With how hot the weather had been I thought I would share some more cocktail recipes for barbecues and parties.

12 servings (1 syn each)

100ml vodka

zest and juice of 1 lemon

250g fresh raspberries

2litres sugar-free lemonade

  1. Blend the raspberries and sieve into a large jug.
  2. Mix the lemon zest and juice together with 1.5 litre of the lemonade and freeze in ice cube trays.
  3. Once frozen blend the frozen raspberry lemonade mix with the vodka and the remaining lemonade.
  4. Divide between 12 glasses and serve.
