Meal Prep 101: Use by dates

I know, I know! Boring, yes but, very important if you don’t want to get food poisoning.

Whatever you make, the use by date will be whatever the shortest date of what you use.

Cooked vegetables = 4 days in the fridge or 10 months maximum in the freezer.

Cooked meat/poultry (beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey etc)= 4 days in the fridge or 6 months maximum in the freezer.

cooked Eggs used in omelettes/frittata = 4 days in the fridge or 2 months maximum in the freezer.

cooked meat and veg stew/soup = 4 days in the fridge or 3 months maximum in the freezer

cooked past, rice and potato = 5 days maximum in fridge & 6 months maximum in the freezer

Cooked beans = 5 days maximum in the fridge & 6 months maximum in the freezer

I think thats about it, if you can think of anything else let me know!
