Berry cheesecake baked oats

I have been getting requests for baked oats for quite a while now so thought I better start sharing them with you! You can use berries of your choice in this one but blueberries or raspberries work really well in this one!

There are of course syns from baking fruit and sweetener, it is your choice to syn or not but the syns for tweaks are there to protect your weight loss.

40g oats

1 egg + 3 tbsp water

1 tbsp sweetener

150g vanilla yoghurt (I like the Lidl skyr one, you could use the raspberry or blueberry for this dish too!)

1/2 tsp baking powder

splash of vanilla

40g of berries ( 1 syn)

  1. Preheat your oven to 160C.
  2. Mix your everything but the berries together and set aside until your oven is preheated (about 20 minutes – I usually just mix in the tray I am going to bake it in ).
  3. Fold in the berries and bake for 30 minutes or till lightly golden on top. It should be slightly puffy.

That’s it, that simple! As long as you have the oats, yoghurt, baking powder, egg and sweetener you can make any flavour baked oats that your heart desires!
