Sounds insane but I thought I’d give it a go and it works!

Cooking in a sauce: If you have a sauce in your IP or PC (instant pot or pressure cooker) you want to add your pasta, and top with enough water to just come under the pasta, give it a stir and cook on a low pressure. if you are cooking up to 300g it needs 2 minutes and a quick release. If you are cooking more than 300g it needs 1 minute and a quick release.
Pasta in a thin sauce, stock or water: up to 300g needs 3 minutes at a low pressure and quick release. more than 300g 1 minute and a quick release!
