I love a good stir fry and this stir fry seems to be something I am rather good at!

serves 4-6 (around 1 syn per serving, add the total syns together then divide by how many people you have sered)

500g pork shoulder steak (remove the fat and slice Or you could syn the fat on the steaks)

2 packs stir fry veg

marinade: 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp light soy, 1/4 tsp bicarb, 1 tbsp grated ginger.

Sauce: 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp grated ginger & cornflour, 3 grated garlic cloves, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp white vinegar. (don’t forget to syn the honey, cornflour and sesame oil, different brands may vary)

  1. Marinade the pork for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Sear the pork then move to a plate.
  3. Stir fry the veg for 5 minutes then add half the sauce and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the pork back to the pan with the spring onions and the sauce stir-frying until the sauce thickens (5 ish minutes)
