This isn’t exactly a recipe but I wanted to share a little secret to making christmas and parties easy.
Going for free and low syn foods is the best way to go.
Choose your favourite seafood or fish if you like them and go for it.
Prawns, fish goujons, smoked salmon with dips such as sweet chilli or a creamy dill and garlic sauce are the way to go.
Or if you don’t like fish freshly cooked meats such as ham, turkey, chicken and beef are always good too with spreads such as horseradish or bbq dressings.
Keep things simple and don’t stress, remember to have fun!
