A meal the whole family would love that tastes amazing and so many ways to serve!

500g beef mince

1 tsp dry sage, thyme, basil and garlic granules and Worcestershire sauce

1 large egg

salt, pepper

1/2 tsp bicarb

2 tbsp water

3 tbsp ketchup

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Combine everything together mixing until it is almost a paste.
  3. Put the meat on a lined baking tray in a loaf shape.
  4. Spread the ketchup over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.

Delicious with salad and potatoes, rice or pasta.
