A meal the whole family would love that tastes amazing and so many ways to serve!
500g beef mince
1 tsp dry sage, thyme, basil and garlic granules and Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg
1/2 tsp bicarb
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp ketchup
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Combine everything together mixing until it is almost a paste.
- Put the meat on a lined baking tray in a loaf shape.
- Spread the ketchup over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
Delicious with salad and potatoes, rice or pasta.
