This sounds odd but can be made within minutes, within budget and within your syns!
1 tbsp plain flour (2 syns)
1/4 tsp baking powder
12g Reduced Fat mozzarella (hea or syns depending on brand)
3 tbsp garlic herb passata
(Any other toppings you like)
- Mix the flour and baking powder with enough water to make a paste. (you want it like a yogurt texture with quite a bit of moisture, i find 3-4 tbsp works well, i usually add some italian herbs to the dough mix!)
- Spread the paste so its even in your mug/bowl.
- Top with your passata, cheese and toppings (ham is good or chicken and peppers)
- Microwave 1.5 minutes (90 seconds)
I serve with salad or have as a cheeky snack!
