Macaroni Cheese

Easy, stovetop, one pot, for one person (but can be easily adjusted!) I do love simple meals!

100g pasta of your choice

Save 100ml of the pasta water

1 tbsp quark

1 tbsp parmesan (1 syn – optional but boosts the cheesy flavour)

25g cheddar (4 syns or HEA)

  1. Boil the pasta minus 2 minutes.
  2. Drain the pasta and add back to the pan with the rest of the ingredients and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Stir over a low heat until all the cheese has melted and the sauce coats the pasta.

I like adding broccoli and bacon to mine!
