I’ve tried those omelette wrap things and no.. just no!! Not only are they eggy but flimsy! This recipe is based on my syn free pancake recipe but totally works!!
Makes 2 decent sized wraps
1 tbsp quark
Pinch of salt and baking powder (around 1/8th tsp) and any herbs you want
1. Whisk all together the ingredients.
2. It looks thick but spread it out within the pan till the thickness of your liking.
3. Fry till golden on both sides.
4. Leave to cool before using.
