Black pepper, lemon tuna pasta

This can’t be more simple, a fast 10 minute dinner that is low in syn, all I do is have a pile of rocket or salad on the side!

Serves 1-2

100g spaghetti or long type of pasta

1 tin tuna in water, drained

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp parsley

Pinch salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

(Optional 1 tsp olive oil)

1. Add a kettle of boiling water to a hot pot on the stove then add your pasta.

2. Add everything else but the tuna to a frying pan over a medium heat and add 3 tbsp of pasta water.

3. When your pasta is done add in the tuna and pasta to the frying pan and toss and coat the pasta in the sauce until there is no liquid left in the frying pan.

So easy and so delicious!
