Syn free pancakes

Easy and quick and the most pancake like pancakes I’ve ever tried on slimming world. Try them, you will thank me!

2 heaped tbsp quark

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

1 tsp sweetener

Zest 1/2 lemon & splash vanilla (optional but really helps)

1. Whisk all of the ingredients together until the mix is smooth.

2. Spray a pan with low cal spray and turn to a medium heat.

3. When the pan is hot add some of the mix, cover with a lid for 20 seconds then remove the lid and flip the pancake.

4. Repeat until all pancakes are made.

I love serving these with berries and yogurt or bacon, maple syrup and apricots.

  1. Hey! Thanks for your recipe. They tasted nice but I could not get anything under them to flip them at all. They just refused Lol! And trying to flip them in the air was amusing. So they were completely mutilated by the time they were cooked. Any tips? Can imagine they’d be nice with bacon and maple syrup though.


    1. try putting a lid over the top when you first put them in the pan, did you use fry light at all? Ive only ever made them in a non stick pan andput 1 spray of oil in then wipe it round the pan with kitchen roll? hope it will help xx
