Easy and quick and the most pancake like pancakes I’ve ever tried on slimming world. Try them, you will thank me!
2 heaped tbsp quark
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sweetener
Zest 1/2 lemon & splash vanilla (optional but really helps)
1. Whisk all of the ingredients together until the mix is smooth.
2. Spray a pan with low cal spray and turn to a medium heat.
3. When the pan is hot add some of the mix, cover with a lid for 20 seconds then remove the lid and flip the pancake.
4. Repeat until all pancakes are made.
I love serving these with berries and yogurt or bacon, maple syrup and apricots.
