Breakfast sausage burgers

We all like to indulge sometimes, my indulgence was always a McDonald’s breakfast!

I’m going to show you how to make my McDonald’s copycat breakfast patties! I usually have it in a wholemeal muffin or roll with egg and mushrooms or in place of Sausages in a full English as its syn free!

500g 5% fat pork mince

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda, salt, pepper,

1/4 tsp onion powder

1.5 tsp dried sage

4 tbsp water

1. Mix all the ingredients together really well.

2. Make as many patties as you want out of the mix. (Thinner patties are better)

You can layer the patties in between greaseproof and freeze for 6 months, just fry in a very hot pain straight from frozen.

Or fry for 3-5 minutes on either side depending on how thick your patties are.
