Marmite roasties

Crispy and savoury and syn free what more could you want?

700g potatoes peeled or not is up to you cut into bite size pieces

1 tbsp marmite

100ml hot water

1. Preheat the oven to 200C
2. Coat the potatoes with marmite adding some hot water to help coat them.
3. Pour the potatoes and rest of the water in a pan and cover with foil.
4. Place in the oven for 15 minutes then remove the foil.
5. Stir the potatoes and leave in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
