1/2 cup double cream,
1/4 cup softened cream cheese,
1 tbsp 0 calories, low carb sweetener
- mix the strawberries with the sweetener with the strawberries and let them sit for a bit.
- Mix together the double cream and cream cheese until thick.
- Mix through the strawberries, put in your molds whether they be lolly molds or ice cube trays.
- Freeze for 4 – 6 hours, if making a big block you may want to take out of the freezer 10-15 minutes so it’s easier to serve.
