Strawberry cheesecake Icecream

Ice cream?! Diet!? yes, these words can be used together to make a delicious Keto cheesecake ice cream! You could do these as fat bombs, you could just divide the total recipe at the bottom of the page by however many you make.

1/4 cup chopped strawberries,

1/2 cup double cream,

1/4 cup softened cream cheese,

1 tbsp 0 calories, low carb sweetener

  1. mix the strawberries with the sweetener with the strawberries and let them sit for a bit.
  2. Mix together the double cream and cream cheese until thick.
  3. Mix through the strawberries, put in your molds whether they be lolly molds or ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze for 4 – 6 hours, if making a big block you may want to take out of the freezer 10-15 minutes so it’s easier to serve.

When working out the carbs, fats etc just take the total underneath and divide by how many portions you got out of the mix.
