2 minute Keto bread

There’s low carb bread out there but not like this! Done in 2 minutes!

1 mug

1 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 large egg

Pinch baking powder

1. Whisk everything together until smooth.

2. Microwave 1 minute 30.

3. Leave to cool before slicing.

For best effects lightly toast before using! 

204 calories, 17g fat, 2.7g net carbs, 7.4g protein
