Keto pastry

Quick and easy and a real treat. Not for every day with the keto diet, but definitely worth having this recipe in your inventory for both sweet and savory dishes!

125g butter melted

2 eggs

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup ground almonds

  1. Mix together the butter and eggs together.
  2. Fold in the flour and ground almonds and leave to sit for 10 minutes.

For 8 servings: 180 calories, 21.7g fat, 5.8g carb, 5.8g protein

For 10 servings: 135 calories, 16.3g fat, 4.3g carb, 4.3g protein

At this point you would press into whichever mold that you wish and bake until golden before adding in your mix that you may want to add, for example my quiche lorraine or the cheesecake tart.
