cheesecake tart – keto

If you have a friend coming over or are in need of a sweet fix this tart can make 8-10 servings at only *262 calories, 22g fat, 8.9 g carb and 6.7g protein (if split into 8) It is creamy and vanilla sweet and goes well with a couple of raspberries or strawberries.

You will need one portion of my keto pastry, blind baked till lightly golden (at 180oC)

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp xylitol, erythritol or other natural granulated sweeteners,

4 tbsp cream cheese, whole milk, double cream and

2 tbsp of water

  1. Blend everything well and pour into the pastry dish (or you could bake like a custard or heat until thickened) and bake at 200oC for 15 minutes.
  2. Turn the oven down to 150oC and bake for a further 30 minutes or until the custard has set.
  3. Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar for an hour before moving to chill in the fridge.

For 10 slices: 217 calories, 23g, 6.8g protein & 8.5g carbs
