This may not have the typical extremely high-fat content that fat bombs do, but this recipe is more flexible, you can use it on salads and meats, fish or veggies, it is a fat bomb you can incorporate into your food rather than just eating it!
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp ground almonds
2 tbsp parmesan
a squeeze of lemon juice along with a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and pepper
- Blend everything in a blender or processor and store in a jar in the fridge.
This makes 4 servings at 125calories per serving, 12.5g of fat, 0.7g carb and 1.8g protein.
Like i said this is good on just about anything!
