Keto Pancakes

There is nothing like a good pancake, especially a pancake that helps to curb your carb cravings! (try saving that 10 times fast)

serves 2 people

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder/soda

  1. mix all the ingredients together really well.
  2. Heat a pan add a little bit of butter and add the batter, cover with a lid for 30 seconds.
  3. Uncover and flip and leave to set.

Keep warm and serve however you want. These are particularly nice as a base for a keto friendly pizza!

1.3g net carb per serving!
