Shake and bake (think I’m going to patent that) is all you have to do in this recipe! Keep in an air tight container for up to 6 months!
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp each of sweet paprika, garlic granules,onion granules, mustard powder, dry thyme,black pepper, brown sugar (3syns) or sweetener
2 TSP salt and chilli powder
(1.5 tbsp for half a syn if you use the sugar just double check your syn values)
– Add to your air tight container, seal the lid.
– shake it all up.
– massage into whichever meat you are using.
– Bake or grill till your heart’s content.
(BBQ chicken fingers go well with my home made ranch dressing which is also made with a homemade seasoning which will be up soon!)
