This sauce always goes down a storm in my house, whether it’s my younger sister having fish fingers or us adults having grilled fish, this is sure to be a hit!
4 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
4 tbsp lighter than light mayo (2 syns)
1 tbsp each finely chopped dill, parsley and red onion
2 tbsp finely chopped gherkins and a splash of the gherkin vinegar
Generous pinch salt and pepper.
– Make sure you have everything as finely diced as possible.
– mix together and leave to sit for at least 10 minutes. (This will last up to 5 days in the fridge)
