This is a beautifully fragrant vegetable dish that you can add any protein you want to.
1 package of beansprouts
200 g of meat or mushrooms (if using meat finely slice and marinate with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda)
150ml stock mixed with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil and 1 tsp cornflour (check syns on sesame oil and cornflour)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
4 Spring onions cut into inch pieces
1. On a high heat add low calorie. Cooking spray to a large pan and add the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds.
2. Add the meat or mushrooms and stir fry until half cooked.
3. Add the beansprouts and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add the sauce and stir fry until the sauce is thick and coats the beansprouts mix.
This is a delicious as it is with rice or as a side dish and is just as nice as leftovers.
