Chilli and garlic greens

I love a good takeaway, these zingy greens have a good bite! White cabbage works well. Please remember to double check your syns!*

1 small head of cabbage shredded

1 small onion sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce & finely chopped garlic

1 tsp finely chopped chilli & sesame oil*

1. Spray a pan with low calorie spray and over a high heat stir fry the chilli, garlic and onion for 30 seconds.

2. Add the cabbage and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.

3. Add the soy sauce and stir fry for a further couple of minutes.

4. Stir through the sesame oil and serve.

This is great as a side dish and works well with all Chinese style dishes!
