This sauce is great for stir fry, chicken and salmon and is used in Japanese traditional yakitori which is a chargrilled chicken skewer.
Please double check syns of these ingredient*
1 tsp sesame oil*
1 large clove crushed garlic
4 tsp sugar*
200ml soy sauce
– Simmer all the ingredients together until reduced by half ish.
Mine came to 300ml which came out at 1 syn per 50 ml which is 3tbsp+1tsp of the sauce. I love letting the mix cool then marinating my salmon or chicken in it.
