Salt and pepper chicken

This may sound really basic but is an easy low syn version full of flavour and easy on the budget and syns at only 1.5 syns for the whole recipe!

Serves 4-6

4 large chicken breasts (bite size chunks

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp soy sauce and cornflour

1 large red and green pepper and large onion in bite size chunks

1 tsp salt and black pepper + 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder

1. Marinade the chicken with the soy sauce and baking powder for at least 20 minutes.

2. Heat a frying pan on high and add the cornflour to the chicken.

3. Lay the chicken in one layer and leave for a minute then flip then leave for another few minutes before adding the onion and green pepper.

4. Toss until the onion is slightly charred and softened And toss in one tsp of the dalt and pepper mix.

Serve with noodles or rice and sprinkle coriander over the top.
