This again is for one person, a busy mum? a student quick meal? This is a comfort bowl all made in one pot!
100g mince (i use frozen 5% beef mince as I can get as much as I want out when I want)
1 tsp garlic Italian seasoning (by Schwartz)
1 small onion (finely diced)
1 grated carrot
1 beef stock cube, salt and pepper
- in a pot fry off the beef and onion with a pinch of salt and pepper until the onion is slightly soft.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and top up with water until it just slightly covers the pasta.
- Boil until most of the liquid is absorbed, taste and season for salt and pepper.
Serve on its own or with a generous amount of cheese.
