Apple pie topping (SW friendly)

So I’m not a huge eater of porridge as it doesn’t always agree with me but sometimes I get a craving and this is how I like to have my porridge! 

1 Apple and pear, grated

12 g saltanas (depending on the brand will be around 2-3 syns but always check!)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch mixed spice

Small amount of lemon(about tsp)

Sweetener to taste (I use a tsp or 2)

1. Put the fruit in a bowl or mug and stir through the spices, lemon and sweetener.

2. Top onto the porridge and sprinkle over the sultanas.

This also makes a good overnight oats!
