Chicken chorizo carbonara

Comforting, cheesey slimming world friendly only 2 syns If you use your HEA or 4syns if not(per serving) 

This serves 2

200g spaghetti 

2tbsp quark 

4tbsp Parmesan(1syn per tbsp parmesan so 4 syns or count as part of HEA)

1 large egg

100ml water 

40g chorizo (I use 8 slices Tesco chorizo as they are half a syn per slice)

7 chestnut mushrooms

2 cooked and shredded chicken thighs.

1.cook the pasta til al dente.

2. Meanwhile fry the chorizo with the mushrooms and chicken.

3. Mix the remaining ingredients together with a generous pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Mix the pasta together with the sauce and top with the chorizo mix.
