Crispy kale

Something I have always loved is the sweet and salty seaweed you get in Chinese restaurants so I decided to make my own! Don’t forget to look up s values if you’re on slimming world or weight watchers!

1bag pre chopped kale

1 tsp sugar and salt

Although the kale is pre chopped, try to cut as thin as you can or give it a quick pulse in the food processor!

Add the kale to a hot pan and stir fry until it turns almost brown in colour(15 min)

Add to a bowl with the salt and sugar (or sweetener) and serve!
