Hi guys so i was thinking about maybe uploading some videos or something? i am not entirely sure, all i know is i think publishing my own cookbook might take a while and i want it to be packed full of recipes for you all to enjoy, i might even do a couple of books as i know not all of you looking at my site are families!

I cook for myself or just for me and my mum sometimes so I was thinking of also doing a book for one or two people so that the recipes can be halved or so you have a spare meal if you need it in the freezer!

I am planning on having items for ALL the way through year from spring to winter AND with something special pages such as party foods!

As far as my weight loss is going, well, I have plateaued as it was my 21st this week and i have gained 1 & 1/2 lbs and no doubt a little more by Wednesday weigh in but i am happy to say i am back on plan and given myself a kick up the butt!
