Full English Breakfast Bake

I don’t know about you but i’m a bit of a sucker for a full English! There isn’t really a set recipe, i prefer more sausage than bacon, i love mushrooms, others don’t and so on and so forth. Super filling and again is a meal that you can have at any time of day! This is not a set recipe more of a method!

2 sausages (per person)

1 piece of extra lean bacon (per person)

5 medium mushrooms cut in half (per person)

1 medium tomato cut in half(per person)

1 egg (per person)

Tinned or par boiled potatoes (i use about 1/3 of a tin per person drained well)

3-4 tablespoons beans or spaghetti hoops (per person)

  1. Preheat your oven to 180oC.
  2. In the pan you are going bake your breakfast in toss the mushrooms and potatoes in some cooking spray, push them to one side and add your sausages and bacon to the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  3. turn your potatoes, mushrooms and bacon, add your tomatoes (and sprinkle over a little salt and pepper) and make room in the centre of the pan, add your beans and make a well in the middle of them, add your egg, sprinkle over salt and pepper and bake for a further 3 minutes and you are done!

Super simple, super tasty, super easy and super filling!
